The questions we get asked most.

Is the hardware leased or owned?
Owned. You buy the hardware outright at checkout — it's yours. SaaS is billed annually for the cloud platform that powers it.
What happens if I don't renew the SaaS?
Your hardware keeps running but the cloud features (alerts, dashboards, multi-site sync) pause until you renew. Your data is retained for 12 months.
Can I add more sites mid-year?
Yes. Add a site, we pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your annual term. Billed once at point of purchase.
Do you offer self-hosted / on-prem?
Enterprise tier supports a private-cloud or on-prem deployment of the entire MeshTrack stack. Same software, your infrastructure.
Are there per-tag charges?
No. Tags are bought once. The SaaS tier defines how many tags can be active concurrently — upgrade tiers if you need more.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Yes — within SADC and to international addresses on request. Shipping is calculated at checkout for ZA addresses; international quoted manually.
